Article 1: Memberships & Subscriptions

All membership and subscription fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future charges; however, access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Refunds will only be granted if a session cannot be delivered due to a technical error caused by Mind Haven Journey.

Article 2: Special Circumstances

Requests for refunds outside of the above conditions may be reviewed at the discretion of Mind Haven Journey. Approval of such refunds is not guaranteed.
